My Dearest Fashionistas & Fashion Poster Boys,
Happy Days are here again, for at least the next 3 months! I have been thinking
the whole weekend that most of us will be getting ready to hit the beaches of
Erikoussa/Corfu.
What better way to start my page is to give you some info on sunbathing. As
most of you who know me quite well, I can sit out in the sun for hours! This
has also convinced my dermatologist, since I visit her every six months! Aaah!.
So for those who are about to hit the beaches of Erikoussa or here in the
States…This summer’s hottest trend is SUNBLOCK! WEAR IT! Looking pink
or like a lobster is NOT fashionable! Sunburn damage can cause future skin
disease… There are some great products out there to use. Whatever, your price
range may be… I have found that Neutrogena is one of the most reasonably
priced brands in the market right now. They have lotions, cooling sprays, dry-
block bars even self-tanners that you can wear at the beach! For those who don’t
mind spending a bit more cash there is Vichy, La Roche-Posay, Le Roc,
Lancome, Clarins etc…The few lucky that are going to be in Greece can
actually get product with Mexoryl. The FDA has only approved a less strong
version of this chemical (hmmmm!.....I wonder why).
So whatever your plans are this summer;
PROTECT YOURSELF FROM EARLY WRINKLE CAUSING HARMFUL SUN
RAYS!
Finally, the MOST important thing to remember;
HAVE FUN IN THE SUN!
